Responsibilities to also include complete hiring process, payroll, keeping the office stocked of office supplies and refreshments in abundance, procuring items required for organizational potlock and events.

Baroness Connell assumed responsiblility for the comfort and service of the establishments customers. The ability to take direction clearly, initiate resolutions and decicively choose the correct plan of action per given situation. She starteed off as a part time waitress learning the necessities and needs of those around her enviornment. THe ability to use her judgement and rational with situations and staff enabled her to become assistant waitress manager for a time before moving onto another adventure in life. The experiances learned in this position were unique unto a maturing young female adult. .
